Shri Virendra Bansal assumed charged as Chairman & Non-Executive Director of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited from March, 2024 and Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of SBI Capital Markets Limited (SBICAPS) in February 2024.
Prior to this, he was the Country Head for the US Operations of SBI, which included its offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo and Washington DC. Shri Bansal has also worked as the Chief Executive Officer, SBI New York Branch and Vice Chairman of SBI (California) a US Retail Banking subsidiary of the Bank. He has also worked in SBI UK operations as Head (Trade) and Head of retail branch handling high net worth customers.
He is a career banker with over 33 years’ experience with State Bank of India in India and outside. Having joined as a directly recruited Probationary Officer in 1990, Mr. Bansal has handled several important and crucial assignments in diverse areas of Credit, International Banking and Retail Banking. His prior assignments include Deputy General Manager & Relationship Manager at Corporate Accounts Group of State Bank of India at Mumbai where he managed relationship with some of the large corporates with aggregate credit exposure of USD 8.00 billion approx.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical) and has certification of AML/ KYC from Indian Institute of Bankers.

Shri. Shesh Verma has over 31 years of banking experience, having started his career as a Probationary Officer with State Bank of India in 1991. He has held various positions in India, across multiple functions viz., Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Branch Banking, High Value Credit, Import Export Finance, Forex Operations, Retail Branch Head, Commercial Branch Head, Controllers of Commercial Banking Branches etc., <br>Prior to assuming charge as Nominee Director at STCL, his roles included General Manager at Pune with 4 corporate branches catering 200 corporate and non-corporate customers of entire Madya Pradesh and Maharashtra (ex-Mumbai), from May 2021 to May 2023. <br>He was DGM in Credit Management, SBI, Corporate Centre from July 2020 to April 2021, DGM and Branch Head, CCG Branch, Nehru Place, New Delhi from June 2019 to June 2020. He was RM at Overseas Branch, New Delhi from June 2018 to May 2019 with credit portfolio of 10 large corporate customers, including 4 large PSUs. <br>The most challenging assignment of his career was maintaining top ranking in Business growth as well as compliance amongst all 7 zones of Patna Circle, when he was the Dy GM and Zonal Head at Dhanbad, Jharkhand from Sept 2016 to May 2018 where he headed 4 regions having 180 branches including 3 SME Branches, 2 RASMECCS, 6 districts headquarter branches and 175 retails branches spread over 6 districts of State. <br>He was AGM & Branch Head for the Overseas Branch Moradabad (U.P.) with a team of 50 Officers and staff, engaged in providing entire range of Banking services to large exporters of metal and non-metal who supply handicrafts to entire world. <br>During the period 1991 to 2010, he had held assignments spanning various facets of Relationship Manager – Corporate customers at Overseas Branch, Kanpur, Team Leader – Credit Processing at LHO Lucknow, Chief Manager and Branch Head, Credit Specialist, Division Manager, Credit Officer, Human Resources Manager, Branch Manager and Assistant Manager – General Banking in Kanpur, and Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. <br>He is B. Com with master’s degree in economics, CAIIB Part I & II and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Advising, AMFI, MSME, General Insurance, AML & KYC.

Shri. Balkrishna Vinayak Chaubal retired as Deputy Managing Director of State Bank of India, after serving for more than 38 years with the bank. His role inter alia included formulation of policy as well as strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance like maintenance of CRR/SLR, managing liquidity through money market operations and contributing to investment decisions, Asset Liability Management and Market Risk Management. He was overall in-charge of global markets' operations involving bank's investments and forex. Shri Chaubal holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from the Institute of Science, Nagpur and Master's degree in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He is also a Visiting Professor at the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune, specializing in commercial banking, corporate governance and strategy. He is also a Certificated Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Presently, Shri Chaubal is the Chairperson of the Governing Board of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) w.e.f July 30,2019 as Public Interest Director. He is also Director on the Board of GVFL Trustee Company Limited.

Shri. Sanjay Panse is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and also the founder and Senior Partner of S Panse & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants. He has post qualification experience of over 30 years. Government of Maharashtra had appointed him as a member of Fee Regulatory Authority under Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015. <br>Banking, Finance, Capital Market and Insurance - He has exposure to intricate Business Processes and Regulatory and Compliance Issues of Mutual Funds, FPI's, Portfolio Managers, Insurance, Banking and is a participant in almost every Financial Sector in India. He has deep understanding of Accounting, Audit and functioning of Financial Markets Sector Participants and has spearheaded practice of S Panse & Co LLP in the area of Audit, Quality Assurance Services, Due Diligence, Internal Audits, Advisory Services to the Mutual funds, Portfolio Managers, Banks, Insurance Companies and Other Intermediaries in Capital Market. He is a frequent speaker and writer on Economic and Financial Matters. He has submitted Research Paper on "Mutual Fund Valuations & Accounting Policies & Practices to the ICAI and has published articles in technical journals. He has also served as Independent Director on the board of Saraswat Co-operative Bank Ltd. and is presently on the Board of Saraswat Infotech Ltd. He is also serving as an Independent Director on the board of ECA Trading Services Limited. Infrastructure & Railways - He was an Independent Director on the Board of Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd. (MRVC) and also the Chairman of Audit Committee – MRVC. <br>SEBI - Shri. Sanjay Panse was nominated by SEBI on its Secondary Market Advisory Committee (SMAC) and is also nominated as an expert member on working group of Mutual Funds handling Inter-scheme Transactions, Accounting etc.

Shri. Shivam is the General Manager (GM) of State Bank of India (SBI) and had been deputed as MD & CEO of SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd. He took over charge as an MD & CEO of SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd. with effect from 16.12.2024.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Science Mathematics. After graduation, he completed an Executive MBA with specialization in Finance from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
Prior to joining SBI, he worked with Jindal Steel Ltd. and also with Delhi Administration for a few years.
He is a career banker with over 26 years of experience in SBI. He joined SBI as a Probationary Officer in 1998 in Delhi Circle. He worked as a Branch Manager and Field Officer in Uttarakhand and deputed to Mutual Fund in 2004. He worked as a Chief Manager - Cross Selling in Chandigarh Circle in 2013 and had a small stint in HR Dept. before being promoted as AGM in 2016. He has worked in different assignments in SBI mostly in Retail Business, important being AGM – IIT Delhi Branch, AGM – PBB New Delhi and Regional Manager (RBO), New Delhi from 2019-20. He had been deputed to SBI Mutual Fund again in 2020 after being promoted as DGM. He elevated to the rank of GM in April 2024. He was associated with SBI Mutual Fund, Mumbai, as a GM before taking over the assignment at SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd.

Shri. Prabhat Mohan Prasad joined State Bank of India in 1991 and has held various important assignments in the Bank. He has done B.Sc. Physics Honors from Magadh University. He has been certified with SME Credit Program. He is appointed as a Nominee Director of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited from December 2024.
A career banker with experience of over 33 years, Mr. Prasad has held various positions across a wide range of domains including Corporate Clients Group, SARG, Retail Banking. His major assignments were Vice -President (Credit) at Commercial Indo Bank LLC, Moscow, DGM and Branch Head of SARG Commercial Branch Mumbai and AGM at SME SBU at LHO Patna.
Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, He was the General Manager (SAM Reginal Office), State Bank of India. As a Head of SAM Reginal Office. Mr. Prasad was responsible for restructure and resolution of both corporate and retail Stressed Assets of all the North SARG offices of State Bank of India.
Presently, he is a Chief General Manager of Commercial Clients Group looking after the North India Region which includes Branches spread in the States of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, J & K etc. His current profile includes overall supervision and development of Corporate Credit in the North India Region.
