Greetings from SBICAP Trustee Company Limited (STCL).
As we all know, change is the only constant thing in life, be it of an individual or of an organisation. Every change presents an opportunity as well as a challenge. It would be more accurate to say that an opportunity, when not unitized properly, turns into a formidable challenge and a challenge, when effectively managed, can be a rewarding opportunity.
My taking over as Managing Director and CEO of the Company is but a small and routine change in a Board run Company. It has its own opportunities and challenges. But for sure, this makes a Company more nimble, flexible and resilient.
We will brave the challenges and seize the opportunities with the values inherited from our parent Company SBI Capital Markets Limited (SBICAP) and our ultimate holding Company State Bank of India (SBI). We can proudly say we have a glorious lineage of more than 200 years.
Our values are imbibed in the acronym ‘STEPS’ i.e. Service, Transparency, Ethics, Politeness and Sustainability. STEPS are not mere an acronym, it's our deep-rooted convictions which we live up to in toto, under guidance of our Board and our parent Company.
A Trustee Company works in fiduciary capacity and ensures that all parties perform their duty diligently and implement corrective actions as and when warranted.
