NDU Agent/Trustee

Trustee is appointed as NDU (Non-Disposal Undertaking) Agent/Trustee in respect of shares and other securities on NDU arrangement and Power of Attorney.

In this arrangement shares are deposited in Escrow account with Agent/Trustee. If default occurs Agent/Trustee will deal with these shares in accordance with NDU arrangement and on the basis of instructions of Lenders/Investors.
