Corporate Social Responsibility
The provisions of Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 are considered as great opportunity by the Company to participate in the development of the society. The Company CSR activities are guided by its CSR Policy with primary focus on poverty alleviation, creating sustainable livelihood, and skill development.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY COMMITTEE:
In accordance with the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, the Board of Directors has constituted a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee.
