Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Legal & Operations (Post Code : AMSELO)
Location                : New Delhi
Educational Qualification : LLB/LLM from a reputed institute in New Delhi/Delhi NCR
Experience : 3 to 5 years

Skills
In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, property laws, NCLT, contract laws, banking law & practice, Trustee Business.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS-Office.
Team Player.
Well versed with local language.

Position Objective / Responsibilities
Drafting/Vetting of finance documents viz. Loan Agreement, Security Trustee Agreement, Share Pledge Trustee Agreement, Inter Creditor Agreement, Paripassu Letter etc.
Drafting/Vetting of security documents viz. Deed of Hypothecation, Indenture of Mortgage, Guarantee etc.
Examining of compliance documents viz. MoA & AoA, Board Resolution, Title Search Report, RoC Search Report etc.
Preparing compliance report and issuance of holding letter.
Perfection of security i.e. registration of documents with appropriate authority, RoC & CERSAI filing etc.
Coordinate with LLC, Lenders, Borrowers etc. and attend consortium meeting.
Handling escalations pertaining to post execution formalities.
Ensure safe custody of documents.
Litigation/enforcement actions.
Senior Executive - Accounts, Finance & Taxation (Post Code : SEAFT)
Location                : Mumbai
Educational Qualification : B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/MBA Finance from reputed institute in Mumbai
Experience : 3 to 5 years

Skills
In-depth knowledge of Accounting, Auditing & Taxation.
Good Communication Skill.
Proficiency in MS-Office.
Exposure in “GST” & “IndAS – Indian Accounting Standard” (preferably).
Team Player.

Position Objective / Responsibilities
Preparation of Taxation statement and making online payment for the same on monthly basis.
Maintaining calculation for Prepaid, Provisions, Fixed assets etc.
Preparation of Debtors list on day to day/monthly basis.
Filing GST returns/e-TDS returns including collection & maintaining receipts.
Preparation and collection of TDS Certificates from respective parties.
Examining Expenses, Cheque Collection & Trust Settlement Fees Register and entries in the system for the same.
Co-ordinate with Auditors for Internal Audit and Statutory Audit of the Company.
Take care of Investments for the Company.
Assisting in preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements.

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Position Objective / Responsibilities
Ensure regular check-ups of systems/software and performing data backup for users.
Installing and configuring new hardware/software.
User Administration, Password and identity management.
Responsible for security of IT assets, documentation, troubleshooting, configuration of systems and keeping the network up and running.
Monitor system performance, network communication and properly working of peripherals.
Provide Business Application Support (on-site, online and phone) to end-user & customer along with the admin activity and coordination with the business user for periodically update and upgrades in the business application.
Coordinate with users and resolve all application and systems related issues.
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks/remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to ensure proper spare parts levels.
Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and support requests.
AD management, Firewall, VM configuration and management, Group Policy, Patch Updation activity, backup activity, NAS user creation/rights management, Office 365 mailing solution/ Email exchange admin activity.
Antivirus and Encryption tool management.
