Assistant Manager - Accounts, Finance & Taxation (Post Code : AMAFT)
Location                : Mumbai
Educational Qualification : CA
Experience : 1 to 3 years
Thorough knowledge of “IndAS” (Indian Accounting Standard). Exposure in “Securitization” (preferably). In-depth knowledge of Accounting, Auditing & Taxation.Good Communication Skill. Proficiency in MS-Office. Team Player. Practical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS). Hands-on experience in Securitization. Finalization of Books of Accounts. Filing GST returns/e-TDS returns including collection & maintaining receipts. Preparation of Taxation Statements. Computation and Payment of TDS, Advance Tax, GST and Profession Tax. Co-ordinate with Auditors for Internal Audit/Statutory Audit/Tax Audit of the Company.
Senior Executive/Executive - Legal & Operations (Post Code : SEELO)

Educational Qualification : LB/LLM from a reputed institute in New Delhi/Delhi NCR
Experience : 2 to 5 years
Skills/Position Objective / Responsibilities: In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, property laws, NCLT, contract laws, banking law & practice, Trustee Business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS-Office. Team Player. Well versed with local language. Drafting/Vetting of finance documents viz. Loan Agreement, Security Trustee Agreement, Share Pledge Trustee Agreement, Inter Creditor Agreement, Paripassu Letter etc. Drafting/Vetting of security documents viz. Deed of Hypothecation, Indenture of Mortgage, Guarantee etc. Examining of compliance documents viz. MoA & AoA, Board Resolution, Title Search Report, RoC Search Report etc. Preparing compliance report and issuance of holding letter.
